The function

You process and monitor customer orders, so that everything runs smoothly. You answer customer questions by phone, email and chat. This is mainly done in Dutch and English. In addition to these languages, French and German are also spoken in the department. You will support the sales colleagues of the Flame division who are responsible for the Benelux and Export sales areas. In addition, you will support the sales colleagues of the Stoves & Belling division. You also regularly coordinate matters with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing. Everything to ensure that customer satisfaction is and remains optimized.

Who are we looking for?

In addition to having good communication skills in the Dutch and English language (German is an advantage), you are driven, sociable and a real team player. You keep an overview and you are able to make decisions in commercial interest in consultation with the coordinator. You preferably have experience in a similar position and have the ambition to make the best of it every day.
